கர்நாடகா: கர்நாடக அணைகளிலிருந்து காவிரிஆற்றில் உபரிநீர் திறப்பு 2,724 கனஅடியில் இருந்து 1,872 கனஅடியாக குறைந்துள்ளது. கேஆர்எஸ் அணையில் இருந்து காவிரி ஆற்றில் 1,222 கனஅடியாக தண்ணீர் திறப்பு உள்ளது. கபினி அணையிலிருந்து காவிரி ஆற்றில் நீர் வெளியேற்றம் 1,500 கனஅடியில் இருந்து 650 கனஅடியாக குறைந்தது. கே.ஆர்.எஸ். அணை நீர்மட்டம் 98.82 அடியாக உள்ள நிலையில் கபினி அணை நீர்மட்டம் 73.74 அடியாக உள்ளது.

In terms of total readership, which was 11.05 Lakhs as of May 2017, it is the second largest.
