சென்னை: அவதூறு வழக்கு விசாரணையில் சரணடைந்ததை அடுத்து இயக்குனர் ஆர்.கே.செல்வமணிக்கு எதிரான பிடிவாரண்ட் வாபஸ் பெறப்பட்டது. ஆர்.கே.செல்வமணிக்கு எதிராக பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்ட பிடிவாரண்ட் உத்தரவை சென்னை ஜார்ஜ் டவுன் நீதிமன்றம் வாபஸ் பெற்றது. 2016-ல் தனக்கு எதிராக அவதூறாக பேசியதாக ஆர்.கே.செல்வமணிக்கு எதிராக பைனான்ஸ்சியர் முகுந்த்சந்த் வழக்கு தொடர்ந்திருந்தார். போத்ரா இறந்த பின்னர் வழக்கை அவரது மகன் ககன் போத்ரா நடத்தி வருகிறார்.
