திருச்சி: திருச்சி, கோவை, நெல்லை பலக்லைக்கழகம் பட்டப்படிப்பு முடித்த மாணவர்கள் பட்டம் பெற முடியாமல் தவிக்கின்றனர். பட்டமளிப்பு விழா நடக்காத காரணத்தால் 2021,2022ம் ஆண்டுகளில் படிப்பை முடித்த மாணவர்கள் தவித்து வருகின்றனர். நெல்லை மனோன்மணியம் சுந்தரனார் பல்கலையிலும் பட்டமளிப்பு விழா நடைபெறவில்லை என மாணவர்கள் புகார் அளித்துள்ளனர்.
