        COIR CRUSHER
            This machine is designed to crush thoroughly the husks before the soaking process. Thus the soaking time is shortened to 3 to 4 days. There are specially designed spiked rollers which increase the efficiency of production.
            In the second type coconut husks have to be soaked in water for 5 to 7 days before they become conditioned for extraction of fibre. To prepare the husks for proper soaking they have to be crushed. This crusher has spiked rollers for efficient crushing and is manufactured in various capacities.

            This machine effects the cleaning of the coir fibre, removing from it hard ends, knots and pith. The special design and high speed revolving action and friction yeilds very good results.

        REVOLVING SCREENER (ROTARY SCREENER)
            The mattress fibre got from the Defibering machine or the fibre produced by the Turbo Sifter is thrown into the Rotary Screener which rotates slowly. As the material travels from one end to the other, Pith and dirt is separated from the fibre. The cleaned fibre is then ready for further processing.
            The Rotary Screener ensures maximum removal of waste and dirt from the Coir Fibre
           
            After the defibering operation, the material is further processed in this machine. The pith, dust  and other foreign particles are screened in this process and cleaned fibre is obtained.

        TURBO SIFTER
            The burst husks are sprinkled with water and fed into the Turbo Sifter for producing decorticated coir fibre. The clean fibre is delivered at one end while the pith and other waste drops to the bottom.
            We can offer this machine in different capacities. The Turbo Sifter is supplied with heavy Channel Iron Frame Foundation Base with bolts suitable for grouting in concrete for the installation of the Turbo Sifter.

       HUSK BURSTING MACHINE
            The Husk Bursting machine is used for producing decorticated (mixed) coir fibre. The coconut husk has to be split open by this machine before it is sprinkled with water and fed into the TURBO SIFTER. No crushing is required.
            This machine has superior design for bursting large quantities of coconut husks. This is a very simple machine and requires very little skill in feeding.

        FULLY AUTOMATIC SPINNING AND CURLING PLANT
            The teased material produced by the picker unit is thrown in the feeding box of the Hopper Feeder sufficient for 15-30 minutes operation, according to the thickness of the rope required. A fully automatic Hopper Feeder feeds uniform sheets of fibre into the feeder conveyor. These sheets of fibre are stretched by rollers and the rope is spun onto a drum rotating at one end of the plant.

            This machine is supplied as additional optional Item with Hopper feeder of solid welded steel construction with grabs with hardened steel hook pins, drive with stepped V-belt Pulleys, Rollers and Grab mounted in Ball/Roller bearings with conveyor belt and guides. Guards are provided for safety purposes.This machine can be easily operated even by unskilled persons with training.

        BALING PRESS
             The clean fibre is hydraulically baled in this press for easy storage, handling and despatch. This machine presses fibre into bales weighing 35 Kgs and measuring 30"x26"x20"(9 cu. ft.)
             This press is supplied complete with hydraulic cylinder, power pack unit, pressure guage, oil tank, valves and allied equipments.
