Peanut Chutney Powder
VERENAGA PODI
2 cups roasted peanuts
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp urad dal
a tbsp chana dal
a pinch of asafoetida
a small ball of jaggery
oil as needed
salt to taste
10 red chillies
Roast all the ingredients except salt and jaggery using 1 tsp oil till browned.
pound them with salt and jaggery.
Store in an airtight jar.
