Semolina Pudding
RAVA KESARI
1 cup rava(semolina) 1 tbsp raisins 
2 cups sugar 1 tbsp cashewnuts
1 cup ghee a pinch of edible yellow colour 
2 cardamoms 
* Roast the semolina in 1 tablespoon ghee till browned. Add colouring.
* Add 2 cups boiling hot water and cook till soft.
* Add sugar and cook further.
* Add the ghee and cook till rava kesari is soft and cooked.
* Garnish with crushed cardamoms and fried cashewnuts and raisins.
