Peanut Fudge
KADALI URUNDAI
| 250 gms peanuts |
1 tbsp ghee |
| 125 gms jaggery |

* Roast the peanuts and remove the skin.
* Crush them coarsely.
* Make a syrup of the jaggery with water.
* Test the syrup by dropping a little in cold water.It
should become solid.
* Remove the syrup from the fire and the crushed peanuts.
* While it is still warm ,make into small marble-sized
balls.
* Or pour into a greased plate and level the surface
with a greased laddle or spatula.
* When still warm, cut into squres.
Variation:
* Roasted sesame seeds can be used in the same way instead
of peanuts.
