Wheat Flour Balls with Sugar

| 2 cups whole wheat flour |
2 cardamoms |
| 2 cups sugar |
a pinch of saffron |
| 1/2 cup ghee |
oil as needed |
| 2 tbsps fried nuts |

* Make a dough of whole wheat flour with water and a little
ghee.
* Roll out into small round puris and deep fry.
* Drain and keep aside.
* Pound the puris with the sugar into a coarse powder.
* Add saffron, nuts, crushed cardamoms and melted ghee.
* Form into balls with greased fingers.
