Wheat Flour Balls with Sugar

2 cups whole wheat flour 2 cardamoms 
2 cups sugar a pinch of saffron
1/2 cup ghee oil as needed
2 tbsps fried nuts
* Make a dough of whole wheat flour with water and a little ghee.
* Roll out into small round puris and deep fry.
* Drain and keep aside.
* Pound the puris with the sugar into a coarse powder.
* Add saffron, nuts, crushed cardamoms and melted ghee.
* Form into balls with greased fingers.
