* Grate the coconuts and extract thick milk.
* After adding water extract the second thinner milk.
* Cook the rice in the thin coconut milk.When three -
quarter cooked,add the thick milk and cook till the milk is completely
absorbed.
* Add the milk and cook again.When it is absorbed completely
add crushed jaggery.
* Cook till well blended.
* Add fried nuts and raisins.Add cardamom powder and
camphor.Cool and serve.
