Milk and Rice Moulds
SHEERANNAM
2 litres milk  2 cardamoms
2 cups rice 2 cups ghee
500 gms sugar candy 1 tbsp cashewnuts
1 tbsp raisins
* Wash and cook the rice in milk till very soft.
* When the rice is absolutely soft add sugar and cook till sheerannam is well blended.
* Fry the nuts and raisins in ghee and add to the sheerannam.
* Pour the remaining ghee and mix .Add powdered cardamoms and put into small moulds. Unmould and serve hot.
