Milk and Rice Moulds
SHEERANNAM
| 2 litres milk |
2 cardamoms |
| 2 cups rice |
2 cups ghee |
| 500 gms sugar candy |
1 tbsp cashewnuts |

1 tbsp raisins |
* Wash and cook the rice in milk till very soft.
* When the rice is absolutely soft add sugar and cook
till sheerannam is well blended.
* Fry the nuts and raisins in ghee and add to the sheerannam.
* Pour the remaining ghee and mix .Add powdered cardamoms
and put into small moulds. Unmould and serve hot.
