Sauleed Shrimp in Curry Sauce
150 gms shrimps, shelled and deveined  
2 large onions .chopped  
1/2 cup celery, choped  
1/4 cup spring onions,cut 1- inch long 
1 tsp garlic, minced 
1/2 tsp garam masala powder  
1 1/2 tbsps tomato sauce  
1/2 tsp sugar  
2 tbsps oil  
a few mint leaves  
1/2 tsp green chilli crushed 
1. Heat oil and fry the garlic,chilli and garam masala untill golden brown.
2. Add the shrimps and stir-fry untill the colour changes.
3. Add the vegetables excepts the spring onions,sauce and sugar,stir to mix.
4. Add the spring onions and 2 tbsps water and bring to the boil. After 2 minutes remove from the heat and  serve hot. garnished with mint leaves .
