Vegetables in Coconut Gravy
  RASA KAYI
4 potatoes  
1/2 tsp pepper corns  
1 cm stick cinnamon  
1/2 coconut  
6 cloves  
oil as needed  
a few curry leaves  
salt to taste 
100 gms bottlegourd  
3 onions 
a small cauliflower  
4 tomatoes  
100 gms french beans  
100 gms peas  
100 gms carrots  
10 green chillies
 
  •  Clean, peel and cut all the vegetables.
  • Slit green chillies and boil with vcgetable .
  • Crush coarsely pepper, cinnamon,cloves and add to the vegetables.
  • Add salt and a little water. cook till soft.
  • Add coconut milk extracted from the coconut.
  • Boil till well blended .

  • Add curry leaves and remove from the fire. Serve hot.
