Jackfruit Coconut Pudding
PAZHA PAYASAM
1 coconut,scrapped  2 cardamoms 
1 cup sweet jackfruit  1 tbsp raisins 
1/2cup ghee 1 tbsp cashewnuts
Ginger powder
* Cut the jackfruit into small pieces.
* Extract milk from the coconut.
* Fry the jackfruit in a little ghee till soft.
* Add 1 cup water and cook.
* Add the coconut milk and cook till soft.
* Add jaggery and cook till well blended.
* Add ghee and cook for 5 more minutes.Garnish with raisins and cashewnuts.
* Add crushed cardamom powder and ginger powder. Serve hot or cold.
