Milk Fudge
PALGOVA
1 litre milk 2 cardamoms
250 gms sugar  a pinch of edible camphor(optional)
125 gms ghee 
* Boil the milk and cook till it is reduced to half the quantity.
* Add sugar and continue cooking stirring constantly.
* When the mixture is thick, ghee in small quantities ,and stir till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
* Add cardamom powder and edible camphor.
* Spread on greased plate and leave to cool .Cut into squares.
