Spicy Brinjal Curry
MUZHUKATHRIKKAI CURRY
12 small brinjals  
4 tbsps coriander seeds  
3 tbsps sesame seeds  
6 red chillies  
2 large onions  
4 large tomatoes  
1/2 coconut, grated  
6 cloves garlic 
1 tsp  turmeric powder   
1 tsp mustard seeds   
1 cup tamarind pulp   
a small ball of jaggery  
a few curry leaves   
oil as needed   
salt to taste
