Menthula Dosa
 1/2cup urad dal 
3 cups parboiled rice 
1/4cup fenugreek seeds
oil as needed ,salt to taste 
* Soak the rice,urad dal and fenugreek seeds separately for 6hours.
* Grind them to a fine paste.Mix the batter with saly and leave aside to fermint for 8hours or overnight.
* Smear oil  on  a griddle and pour 2ladles of the batter and spread in a circle.Fryon both sides,adding oil.
* Serve hot with coconut  chutney.
