3 lady's fingers  
1 tbsps urad dal  
1 tbsp chana dal  
1/4 tsp asafoetida 
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
salt to tsate
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds  
4 red chillies  
1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
1/2 cup tamarind pulp
1 cup chopped  
coriander leaves   
oil as needed
