Cabbage Curry
KOSE CURRY
1/2 kg cabbage
3 onions
4 green chillies
1 tsp mustard seede
2 tbsps coconut, scraped
a few curry leaves
oil as needed
salt to taste
1.Clean and shred the cabbage finely.
2.Chop the onione and green chillies.
3.Heat 4 tbsps oil and fry mustard seeds. Add onions ,green chillies and curry leaves.
4.When browned, add the cabbage and salt.
5.Cover and cook the cabbage on low flame. stir occasionally.
6.Add the coconut scrapings and cook for a while uncovered.when ready remove and serve hot.
