Lentil Cakes With Nuts

3 cups parboiled rice 2green chillies
1 1/4cups urad dal a pinch of asafoetida
1 1/4cups  scraped cheese oil as needed 
1 tbs fried cashewnuts salt to taste 
1 tsp mustard seeds
* Soak the rice in boiking hot water,and urad dal in cold water,separately,for 6hours
* Grind them separaately.Mix the two.Add salt and leave aside for fermentation overnight.
* Next morning,mix the batter well.
* Heat 2tbsps oil and fry mustard seeds,chopped green chillies asafoetida and cashewnuts.Remove from the fire and add the scraped chese.
* Pour over the batter.Mix well.
* Pour into the oiled idli moulds and steam cook for 7 to10 minutes
