Samolina Pancake
RAVA DOSA
1 cup rava(samolina) 1tbsp broken cashewnets 
1 cup rice flour  a pinch of asafoetida
1 tbsp flour a few curry leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds oil as needed 
2 green chillies salt to taste 
1cm piece ginger 
* Mix the samolina and rice flour and flour with enough water to make a thin batter. Add salt, cumin seeds, chopped ginger  and green chillies, asafoetida and broken cashewnuts.
* Add chopped curry leaves.
* Smear a hot griddle with oil and pour the batter, ladles at a time.Spread into a circle and pour a little oil around the dosas.
* Cook on both side and serve hot.
