Coconut Fudge
COCONUT BURFI
| 1 coconut scraped |
2 cardamoms |
| 200 gms sugar |
1 tbsp fried cashewnuts |
| 50 gms ghee |

* Fry the scraped coconut in a little ghee.
* Add sugar and cook on a low fire. Add ghee and keep
stirring.
* When the mixture is thick and beginning to set, add
cardamom powder and nuts.
* Spread in a greased plate. Cool and cut into squares.
