Scrape coconut and grind it in a
grinding stone or liquidize it in an electric grinder.Extract the milk
through a seive.Grind the residue again, adding water and extract a thiner
milk.Use both the extraction as required.
TAMARIND PULP
Soak the required quantity of tamarind
in a little warm water.Leave it for 10 minutes.Mash well and strain the
pulp.
