Jackfruit Seed Sweet
CHAKKASEED  HALWA
250 gms jackfruit seeds 2 cardamoms 
125 gms sugar 1 tbsp cashewnuts 
100 gms ghee  1 tbsp raisins 
1 cup milk 
* Peel and pressure cook the jackfruit seeds and remove skins.
* Grind to a fine paste with some milk and keep aside.
* Now make a syrup of the remaining milk and sugar.
* When the syrup thickness to one string consistency add the ground paste to it.
* Keep stirring,adding ghee, a little at a time.
* When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and is cooked well,add cardamom powder and fried raisins and cashewnuts.
* Pour on a greased plate and leave to cool.
* When still warm cut into small squares.
