| 500 gms carrots | 2 cardamoms |
| 300 gms sugar | 1 tbsp raisins |
| 100 gms ghee | 1 tbsp cashewnuts |
| 200 ml milk |
* Grate the carrots finely.Fry in a little ghee and add
the milk.cook.
* When the carrots are soft and the milk has evapourated,
add the sugar and cook till the mixture is soft.
* Add ghee and cook till the sweet is dry and ready.
* Add cardamom powder,fried cashewnuts and raisins.Cool
and serve with cream if desired.
