Carrot Pudding
CARROT HALWA
500 gms carrots  2 cardamoms
300 gms sugar 1 tbsp raisins 
100 gms ghee 1 tbsp cashewnuts 
200 ml milk
 

* Grate the carrots finely.Fry in a little ghee and add the milk.cook.
* When the carrots are soft and the milk has evapourated, add the sugar and cook till the mixture is soft.
* Add ghee and cook till the sweet is dry and ready.
* Add cardamom powder,fried cashewnuts and raisins.Cool and serve with cream if desired.
