Buttermilk Kadhi
2 cups curd  2 red chillies 
1/2cup gram flour  1 cup coriander leaves 
2 green chillies, chopped  12 curry leaves 
1 onion, chopped oil as needed 
1 tsp coconut scrapings saly and sugarv to taste
1 tsp cumin and mustard seeds 1 tsp turmeric 
* Mix curd and  sieved gram flour. Add water to make the consistency of gravy
* Add onion,green chillies,coconutscrapings and cumin seeds.
* Churn the kadhi will. Add tumeric and sugar and stir.
* Heat 4tps oil.Fry mustard seeds,red  chillies and curry leaves.Pour over kadhi.Add   coriander leaves.Pour check seasonings.
* Boil for 7minutes,adding water if needed.Drop dal roll slices into kadhi,one by one,and simmer for a while.serve
