Banana and Coconut Sweet
BALEHANNU HALWA
| 12 green bananas |
1/2 coconut, scraped |
| 1 cup pure ghee |
1 cup sugar |
| 1 tsp cardamom powder |

* Peel and mash bananas.
* Heat 3 tbsps ghee in a pan.Add banana pulp.
* Cook till browned and crisp.
* Add coconut and sugar.
* Cook ,adding ghee, a little at a time, till halwa is
brown and aromatic, and crisp at the edges.
* Add cardamom powder and serve hot or cold.
