Spicy Potatoes
ALUGEDDE BHAJI
| 4 tomatos |
1/2tsp turmeric powder |
| 2 onions |
a few curry leaves |
| 2 red chillies |
oil as needed |
| 1 green chilli |
salt to taste |
| 1 tsp mustared seeds |

* Boil the pressure, pel and cut into pieces.
* Slice the onions and slit the green chilli.
* Heat 3 tbsps oil and fry mustard seeds, turmeric and
broken red chillies.
* Add the onion and green chilli. Fry till golden brown.
Add the potato pieces.
* Add salt to taste and sprinkle a little water. Cook
till well blended.Add curry leaves.
