Spicy Potatoes
ALUGEDDE BHAJI
4 tomatos 1/2tsp turmeric powder 
2 onions  a few curry leaves
2 red chillies  oil as needed
1 green chilli salt to taste 
1 tsp mustared seeds
* Boil the pressure, pel and cut into pieces.
* Slice the onions and slit the green chilli.
* Heat 3 tbsps oil and fry mustard seeds, turmeric and broken red chillies.
* Add the onion and green chilli. Fry till golden brown. Add the potato pieces.
* Add salt to taste and sprinkle a little water. Cook till well blended.Add curry leaves.
