Potatoes Gravy
BHANAP ALUGEDDE
500 gms potatoes
oil as needed
8 red chillies
salt to taste
a small ball of tamarind
Boil potatoes and peel.Heat 5 tbsps oil and fry the potatoes.
Grind the chillies and tamarind with salt .
When the potatoes are fried, Add the ground masala and enough water to cook on a low fire.
Cook till gravy is thick . Serve hot.
