Sweet Coconut Dumplings
SOOYAN
1 coconut,scrapped 2 cardamoms 
100 gms jaggery 1 cup rice flour
1 tbsp cashewnuts  ghee as needed
* Scrape the coconut finely.
* Melt the jaggery and add the coconut.Cook till the mixture is dry.
* Sprinkle cardamom powder and cashewnuts.
* Make a thick batter of the rice flour in water.
* Make small balls of the coconut mixture .Dip each ball in the rice batter and fry in hot ghee.
* Drain and serve.
