Vegetable curry
KAYIKURMA
100gm cauliflower 1/2tsp turmeric powder 
100gm potatoes  3 cloves garlic 
2 onions 2cm piece ginger 
2 carrots  oil as needed 
100gm tomotoes 5 green chillies 
1 tsp chilli powder 1 tbsb desicated coconut
1/4cup tamarind pulp  salt to taste 
2 tsps coriander powder 
* Clean,peel and cut all the vegetables
* Slices onions and slit green chillies
* Grind coriander powder, chilli powder,turmeric powder,garlic and ginger
* Head 5 tbsps oil and fry the ground masala
* Add chopped tomatoes,sliced onions and green chillies.Fry till the paste is    smooth.
* Add the vegetables and fry for five minutes.
* Cook on low fire till vegetables are cooked.Add a little water,if required.
* Add tarmarind pulp. Cook till well blended and serve with puris.
