Vegetable curry
KAYIKURMA
| 100gm cauliflower |
1/2tsp turmeric powder |
| 100gm potatoes |
3 cloves garlic |
| 2 onions |
2cm piece ginger |
| 2 carrots |
oil as needed |
| 100gm tomotoes |
5 green chillies |
| 1 tsp chilli powder |
1 tbsb desicated coconut |
| 1/4cup tamarind pulp |
salt to taste |
| 2 tsps coriander powder |

* Clean,peel and cut all the vegetables
* Slices onions and slit green chillies
* Grind coriander powder, chilli powder,turmeric powder,garlic
and ginger
* Head 5 tbsps oil and fry the ground masala
* Add chopped tomatoes,sliced onions and green chillies.Fry
till the paste is smooth.
* Add the vegetables and fry for five minutes.
* Cook on low fire till vegetables are cooked.Add a little
water,if required.
* Add tarmarind pulp. Cook till well blended and serve
with puris.
