All Spice GARAM MASALA

50 cloves	50gms cumin seeds
50 cardamoms	100 gms coriander seeds
10 big cinnamom pieces	1/4nutmeg
25 gms peppercorns

Clean dry and pound togethet all the ingredients to a fine powder.Store in an airtight bottle.
