Vegetables in Coconut Gravy
AVAIL
4 drumsticks  1/4tsp turmeric powder
2 plantains 1 tsp cumin seeds 
a small piece yam 1/4tsp peppercorns
50 gms beans 1 cup thick, sour buttermilk 
50 gms peas 5 tbsps coconut oil
50 gms papdi beans a few curry leaves 
1 coconut salt to taste 
6 green chillies

* Cut all the vegetables into 3 cm long pieces after removing the fibres and skins.
* Grind the coconut, green chillies, cumin seeds and peppercorns to a fine paste.
* Cook the vegetables with turmeric powder in a sufficient water with salt.
* Remove excess water from the vegetables.
* Mix the ground masala in the sour buttermilk and pour over the vegetables.
* Similar for a while .Add curry leaves and fresh coconut oil.Remove from the fire.
