| 4 drumsticks | 1/4tsp turmeric powder |
| 2 plantains | 1 tsp cumin seeds |
| a small piece yam | 1/4tsp peppercorns |
| 50 gms beans | 1 cup thick, sour buttermilk |
| 50 gms peas | 5 tbsps coconut oil |
| 50 gms papdi beans | a few curry leaves |
| 1 coconut | salt to taste |
| 6 green chillies |
* Cut all the vegetables into 3 cm long pieces after removing
the fibres and skins.
* Grind the coconut, green chillies, cumin seeds and
peppercorns to a fine paste.
* Cook the vegetables with turmeric powder in a sufficient
water with salt.
* Remove excess water from the vegetables.
* Mix the ground masala in the sour buttermilk and pour
over the vegetables.
* Similar for a while .Add curry leaves and fresh coconut
oil.Remove from the fire.
