Tandoori Chicken
 
1 1/2 kgs chicken,cut into pieces  
2 tbsps lemon juice  
1 tsp honey  
2 tbsps ginger- garlic paste  
2 green chillies  
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp dry, powdered fenugreek leaves  
1/2 cup curd  
3/4 tsp chilli powder  
4 tbsps  oil  
salt to taste
1. grind ginger,garlic and green chillies to a paste .
2. mix the honey, lemon juice, garam masala, salt, fenugreek leaves,curd, and chilli powder well.Apply it on the chicken pieces, and marinate for 4-5 hours.
3. then wrap the chicken pieces in aluminium foils and bake for about 30-35 minutes .
4. Remove from the foil, then glaze with oil and bake again for 5-10 minutes.
5. while serving,sprinkle with chat masala and garnish with tomato,onion and lemon slices.
