Stuffed Capsicums
 
1/2 Kg meat, minced  
6 capsicums  
2 cups minced onions  
2 tomatoes, chopped  
2 tbsps ginger - garlic paste  
3 tsps corander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder  
1/2 tsp garam masala powder  
2 green chilies  
2 tbsps coriander leaves, chopped  
1/2 cup oil.  
1 tsp cumin powder 
1. Fry onions in hot oil till they turn a deep reddish brown.
2. Add the ginger - garlic paste and fry for a minute.
3. Stir in all the powders and stir fry for a couple of minutes.
4. Add the tomatoes and fry for 3-5 minutes.
5. Add the minced meat and fry until browned and dry.
6. Slice the top of the capsicums and reserve them.  Scoop out the seeds and mix with the mince.
7. Stuff the capsicums with the met mixture, and replace the capsicum tops to seal them.
8. Heat oil in a pan.  Slide in the capsicums and fry gently for about 5 minutes.  9.Remove and drain on an absorbent paper.  Serve hot with any sauce.
