Stuffed cabbage Rolls
1/2 kg meat, minced  
10 large cabbage  leaves  
1 onions ,sliced  
salt and chilli powder to taste  
1 cup oil 
  • 1.Blanch cabbage leaves in salted water for3-4 minutes .Drain and dry.
  • 2. Heat 2 tbsps oil. fry the sliced onion till pink .
  • 3. Add the minced meat ,salt and chilli powder. Add 1 cup of water and cook till the meat is tender and the water dries up.
  • 4. Now take a cabbage leaf and place same of this mixture in the centre . Fold its edges from all sides and tie with a thread .
  • 5. Grease a frying pan and in 2 tbsps of oil ,fry these cabbage, rolls when light gold on one side ,turn it over and fry the other side. Add more oil for frying the other rolls.
  • 6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
