Spinach Mutton
1/2 kg mutton  
1 1/2 kg spinach  
1 onion  
2 tomatoes  
1 tbsp curd  
1/2 tsp cumin powder 
1 tsp turmeric powder  
1 tsp garam masala  
1 tsp coriander powder  
salt to taste  
1 tsp crumbled cottage cheese  
2 tbsps ghee
 

1. Chop mutton and spinach separately .
2 .Slice the onion and fry in ghee till pink .
3. Add the meat pieces When they turn brown. add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric, salt garam ,masala , coriander powder and cumin powder
4. When the gray thickens ,add curd and mix well.
5. Now add the chopped spinach and mix well. cover with a   lid ,lower heat and cook till done .
6. serve hot , garnished with crumbled cottage cheese.

Mutton Surprise
 
1 kg mutton  
2 onions  
4 tomatoes  
250 gms rajma (red beans )  
100 gms mushrooms  
2 tbsps self - raising flour  
salt and popper to taste  
2 tbsps ghee
1. Soak the beans over night.
2. Cut the meat into small pieces.
3. Mix the flour well with the meat pieces.
4. Heat ghee, splutter the cuminseeds, add the onions and fry till pink.
5. Add chopped tomatoes and mushrooms and stir well .
6. Then add the meat pieces and cook till half done .
7. Now add the cooked beans, salt and  pepper and 1 cup of water cover with a lid and cook for about 1,1/2 hours till done .
8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
