| 1/2 kg mutton
1 1/2 kg spinach 1 onion 2 tomatoes 1 tbsp curd 1/2 tsp cumin powder |
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp coriander powder salt to taste 1 tsp crumbled cottage cheese 2 tbsps ghee |
1. Chop mutton and spinach separately .
2 .Slice the onion and fry in ghee till pink .
3. Add the meat pieces When they turn brown. add the
chopped tomatoes, turmeric, salt garam ,masala , coriander powder and cumin
powder
4. When the gray thickens ,add curd and mix well.
5. Now add the chopped spinach and mix well. cover with
a lid ,lower heat and cook till done .
6. serve hot , garnished with crumbled cottage cheese.
