Shark Curry
500 gms bone less shark  
1 cup dried coconut  
8 onions  
1 tbsp garlic- ginger paste  
1 tsp green chilli paste  
2 cup coriander leaves
1 tsp chilli powder  
1 tsp turmeric powder  
2 tsps coriander seeds  
8 peppercorns  
8 cloves  
salt to taste  
2 tbsps oil 
1. Cut the shark in cubes.
2. Slice 2 onions and fry in hot oil till golden brown,
3. Add the cloves,coriander seeds and peppercorn.
4. When they splutter ,add the grated coconut and fry till they are brown . Now leave to cool.
5. Chop the remaining onions finely.
6. Heat oil in another pan and fry the onions and ginger- garlic paste till pink.
7. Add the green chilli paste to it and stir for awhete.
8. Grind the coriander leaves coarsely and add to the pan.
9. Add salt, chilli powder ,turmeric and stir well.
10. Add the fish and stir without breaking.
11. Then add the coconut paste to it and cook till done. Garnish with grated coconut.
