shami kababs
1 kg mutton, minced  
2 onions  
100 gms chana dal  
4 cloves garlic  
1 cinnamon (1-inch piece)  
2 caramoms  
4 cloves  
3 eggs 
1 hard - boiled eggs  
1 tsp cumin powder  
1 tsp ginger  
3-4 green chillies  
3. tbsps mint,chopped  
1. tbsp raising  
salt and chillipowder to taste  
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves 
1. Mix together the meat, crushed garlic chopped onion and ginger.
2. Grind together cinnamon,  cardamom, cloves, green chillies, chilli powder, cumin powder and chana dal and add to meat.
3. When the meat is cooked add salt and cool.
4. Grind this mixture to a smooth, fine paste.
5. Add the eggs and mix well .
6. Chop finely the boiled egg, 1 onion, 1 tbsp of mint and a few green chillies.
7. Add the raisins and mix with the paste.
8. Now make round balls with the mixture, flatten and deep fry till brown on both sides. serve hot with green chutney.
9. To make chutney , mix 2 tbsps of mint, 2 green chillies, coriander leavesm 1 tsp each of salt, chilli powder and black salt. Grind to a fine paste.
