1/2 kg mutton, minced  
10 eggs  
1 tbsp grated ginger - garlic  
1 tsp cuminseeds  
1/4 turmeric powder 
1 tsp coriander powder  
4 cloves  
1/4 cup lemon juice  
salt and chilli powder to taste  
oil for deep frying 
1. Grind ginger , garlic, cuminseeds, salt, chilli powder , coriander powder, turmeric powder and cloves to a fine paste .
2. Boil 8 eggs. Break the remaining two and beat them lightly.
3. cook minced mutton in water .Add thos paste , beaten eggs and lemon juice to it. mix well
4. Now coat this mixture on to the hard - pioled eggs and deep fry in oil. Remove when brown.
5. cut lengthwise and serve with tomato and onion rings.
