Sardine Egg Delight
1/2 kg meat, minced 
1 small tin sardines 
4 eggs 
4-5 tbsps breadcrumbs 
6 egg , hard - boiled 
salt, pepper and chilli  
powder to taste 
2 cups oil 
1. Cook the minced, meat, cool and then ,mash it finely.
2. Chop the sardines and add to the meat.
3. Now beat the eggs and add them to the meat-fish mixture along with the breadcrumbs,salt, pepper and chilli powder. mix well.
4. Dip the hard boiled eggs in this better and coat it well on all sides.
5. Deep fry in hot eil.
6. Cut each egg in half and serve hot.
