Pumpkin  Mutton Korma
250 gms mutton  
500 gms red pumpkin  
150 gms curd  
4 onioms  
2 tsps garam masala 
2 tsps garlic-ginger-green chilli paste  
1 bay leaf  
2 tsps coriander leaves  
salt and chilli powder to taste 
1. Cut the Mutton in to small pieces.
2. Mix curd and salt and smear on the mutton pieces. Marinate the mutton for an hour.
3. Heat oil and fry the onion till pink.
4. Then add the garlic-ginger-green chilli paste and fry till golden brown.
5. Next,add the turmeric and chilli powder salt,garam masala powder, bay leaf, green chillies and  the mutton pieces.
6. Add the curd which was used to marinate the mutton.saute till it becomes brown.
7. Add 1 cup of water and cook till the mutton become tender.remove from the heat.
8. Now peel and boil the red pumpkin, and mash it well.
9. Add this to the mutton and cook till the gravy becomes thick.
10. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. serve hot.
