2 cups prawns, shelled and drained  
300 gms cauliflower florets  
4 tomatoes, chopped  
2 potatoes, cut into cubes  
4 onions, chopped 
1 tsp garam masala  
1 tbsp coriander seeds 
2 tsps chilli powder  
1 tsp turmeric powder  
2 tbsps coriander leaves  
salt to taste
1. Wash the prawns well.
2. Heat oil and fry the onions till pink.
3. Now add the prawns and vegetables.  Stir well.
4. After 4-5 minutes add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder garam masala and salt.  Add 1 cup of water.  cook till prawns are tender.  Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
