1 kg meat
4 potatoes,peeled and diced
1/2 cup curd
4 sliced onions
2 tsps ginger - garlic paste
2 tbsps oil
salt and chilli powder to taste
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1. Wash the meat and cut it in to cubes.
2. Rub salt on the cubes and keep aside for 1,1/2 houres.
3. Mix together the ginger-garlic paste, curd ,salt and
chilli powder .
4. Heat oil, add the onions and fry till it is pink.
5. Add the curd-spice mixture and fry for 2-3 minutes,
stirringall the while.
6. Add 1 cup of water and meat pieces and stir well.
Lower flame and cook till meat is tender .
7. Add potatoes to the meat together with 1 cup of water.
cook till potatoes are done.
8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
