Narial Keema
1 kg meat  minced  
1 fresh coconut  
1/2 cup curd  
4 onions ,sliced  
2 tbsps garlic-ginger-green chilli paste  
1 tsp cuminseeds 
4 caramoms  
4 cloves  
2 tbsps coriander leaves  
salt and chilli powder to taste  
2 tbsps oil  
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1. Mix the curd, ginger, garlic green chilli paste, salt turmeric powder and chilli powder well . Mix it with the meat and keep aside for 1,1/2 -2 houre
2. Heat oil ,fry the cuminseeds .
3. Add sliced onions and fry till brown.
4. Then add thre cardamom and cloves and fry a little .
5. Add the minced meat mixture and cook till brown.
6. Next ,add 1/2  cup water and  salt to taste .
7. Grate coconut and add it to the meat dry. cook for 5-10 minutes, serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander leaves,
