Mutton macaroni
 
1/2 kg mutton  
100 gms macaroni  
1 cup curd  
2 tbsps lemon juice  
4 tbsps chilli powder  
1 tsp turmeric powder  
2 tsps ginger- garlic paste  
1 tsp  cuminseeds  
4 onions  
salt to taste  
2 tbsps oil
1. Wash the mutton and cut in to 1 - inch pieces.
2. chop the onions and fry till pink.
3. Run the ginger- garlic paste and salt in to the mutton pieces . and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
4. Then mix curd, salt 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 2 tsps chilli powder and rub well on the mutton pieces, keep aside for another 30 minutes.
5. Now fry these pieces with the sauted onions .
6. When the meat becomes tender add the macaroni.
7. Add 1 cup of water, a pinch of salt, 2tsps chilli and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and reduce the heat. cook for about 10-12 minutes , or till cacaroni is done .
8. Before serving , add thre lime juice and stir well . Garnish  with chopped coriander leaves.
