Mutton Korma
1/4 kg mutton  
1 cup grated coconut  
2 tomatoes  
1 tbsp coriander leaves  
1/2 cup onion-ginger-garlice paste  
10-12 each of cloves,cinnamon, cardamom 
4 green chillies  
1 tbsp mint leaves  
2 tsps curd  
20 curry leaves  
salt and turmeric powder  
2 tbsps oil  
4 red chillies 
1. Grate the coconut and mix it with the onion-ginger-garlic paste.
2. Grind together the cloves, cardamom,cinnamon,mint leaves and corander leaves to a paste .
3. Cut the mutton into small pieces .Add turmeric powder and cook till done
4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the paste till it turns brown.
5. Add the chopped tomatoes and a fry curry leaves .
6. Add salt, chopped chillies and green chillies and stir till mixed well .
7. Then add the curd and stir in to the mixture.
8. Now add the mutton pieces and cook for 5-10 minutes .
9. Serve hot, garnished with chopped corander leaves.
