Mughlai Paratha
1/2 Kg meat, minced  
2 cups flour  
100gms butter  
2 tsps sugar  
2 tsps salt 3 eggs  
3 onions  
4 tbsps ghee  
1/2 cup oil 
1. Knead flour, salt, sugr and butter with a little water into a soft dough.
2. Cut onion into rings.  Make 3 omelettes of 1 egg each.  Keep them aside.
3. Fry meat in hot oil till brown and then pressure cook till tender.
4. Now roll out a paratha, put some minced meat over it, place onion rings on top it, then place on omelette on top of it, cover with another parantha and seal the ends close.
5. Now fry on medium heat with a little ghee, till both sides turn brown.
