Mughlai Keema
1/2 Kg Meat, minced  
4 onions, sliced  
3 tomatoes  
4-5 green chillies  
2 tbsps ginger - garlic paste  
1/2  bunch spinch and fenugreek leaves  
1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped  
salt and chilli powder to taste  
2 tbsps oil
1. Wash and squeese dry the mince meat.
2. Heat oil and fry the onions.
3. Then add salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder. Now add the ginger - garlic paste to it and fry well.
4. Add the chopped tomatoes and stir well.
5. Now add the minced meat and fry for 5-10 minutes, then add the chopped spinach and fenugreek leaves.  Cook till dry.
6. Garnish with chopped green chillies and coriander leaves before serving.
