Egg Curry
MOTTE PALYA
4 eggs , hard boiled
4 onions, sliced
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 cm piece ginger
2 cm piece ginger
1 clove garlic
1/2 coconut
1/2 lemon
a few curry leaves
oil as needed
salt to taste
Grate coconut and extract thick milk.
Remove the shells and cut the eggs in to halves.
Chop green chillies, ginger and garlic.
Heat 5 tbsps oil and fry the onions, ginger cinnamon,green chillies turmeric powder and fenugreek seeds .
Add the coconut milk and lime.
Add the halved eggs.
Add salt and cook till gravy thickens.
Add the curry leaves and serve hot.
