1/2 kg meat ,minced
2 cup self - raising flour
1 onion
1 tbsp grated ginger - garlic
2 1/2 cups oil
salt and chilli powder to taste
1. heat 2 tbsps of oil, fry the sliced onions till pink .
2. then add the ginger and garlic. fry for 5 - 10 minutes
till they turn pink
3. Add the mince,salt ,chilli powder and green chillies.Add
1 cup of water cook till meat is tender and water dries up
4. Sift flour with 1 tsp of salt . Add oil and enough water
to make a stiff dough .
5. shape into small round balls and roll them out on the
board . cut each into half . Make a cone of each and fill the meat mixture
into it .press and seal the sides.
6. Deep fry in hot oil.serve hot with tomato ketchup.
